Steps for creating your custom banner

1 - Placing your order

Place your order for your custom name banner and let us know:

  • How many letters are in the name
  • The name
  • Your preferred colours. (We recommend 3!)
  • How you would like to be contacted for the design process
  • Your contact information

2 - Designing your banner

After your order has been received, we start designing the digital mock-up of your banner.  If you have any questions along the way, we are here to answer them.  The turnaround time for the digital mock-up of your custom banner is 1-2 days. 

3 - Edit & refine

This is where we receive your feedback and apply any requested changes to your design.  This process can take 1-2 days.

We will send you a new digital mock-up for feedback or approval, if necessary.

We will gladly continue to edit the banner design free of charge until you are completely happy with the outcome.

4 - Making your banner

This is where the cutting begins!

Once all the fabric is cut out, we'll send you a photo to ensure everything looks good before we begin sewing.

...and then we sew!

5 - Receiving & hanging your banner

From the time you place your order, it will take 5-7 business days for your custom banner to be ready for pick up or to be shipped.

Once received, all you have to do is hang your newest Totful Decor!
