What are the banners made from?

Each banner is made from a mix of upcycled and new textiles. We prioritize eco-friendly choices and love giving beautiful fabric a second life.

Are your banners safe for nurseries?

Totful Decor banners are for decorative use only. Please hang them out of baby’s reach, and never over a crib or sleeping area. They’re not toys (as cute as they are!).

Can I customize a banner?

Yes! Visit the Custom Banners page to design your own pennant banner with your preferred colors, word(s), and length.

Shipping & Returns

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped through Canada Post. Expect shipping within Canada to take between two and ten business days.

  • Standard orders are ready to ship in 1-2 business days
  • Custom orders may take 5-7 business days before shipping.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you're local to Ottawa, Ontario, we’d love to offer free local pickup. Just select that option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange pickup.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $100 ship free within Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within Canada. Stay tuned as we expand!

What’s your return policy?

Because each banner is handmade with care, all sales are final. But if there's an issue with your order, please get in touch—we’re happy to help make it right.

Custom Orders

How do I place a custom order?

Head over to our "Custom Banners" page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with a design plan.

Can I request a specific fabric or color?

We’ll do our best to match your vision using our available fabric options. If you’re after something super specific, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Eco & Materials

What’s the story behind your upcycled fabric collection?

We believe beautiful things can be made from what already exists. Wherever possible, our banners are crafted from reclaimed fabrics—each one a little different and full of charm.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Absolutely! We spent time choose packaging that was eco-friendly, protects the product and shows off our personality.

  • Paper bags can be re-used and recycled
  • Tissue paper can be recycled
  • Mailers are made of bio-degradable plastics

How should I care for my banner?

Banners are machine washable in a delicates bag. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron on medium if needed.

Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely! Just add your message at checkout, and we will include a handwritten note.
